i answer him;a goal with no trick.
he said tat the goal will think ppl think is taiko(by luck).
i stunned him with this;a goal is still a goal, no matter is by luck or wat.you gonna know what is the main and bouns.

what if you did a trick n you did not enter a goal?

tried Behind-the-neck pull-up.
quite hard for me.
but,still managed to do 5 one shot.
but after reading some forums,
this pull up is bad for the shoulder.

i think i just injure my right knee.
quite stupid lo.
morning, wake up, knock my knee against my bed,then the leg super soft.
then on the bus, knock against the seat la.
in school, accidentally knock against the lecture hall chair.
at canteen, also knock against the chair.
all happen on the same day la.
si bei suay arr.
i rmb tat day i walk like a "bai ka" la

now also realize muscles too tight liao.
prone to injure one lo.
now must stretch liao.
or else by year 3,i scare my sit n reach cannot pass la.
